Mark E. Pinsley

President

Mark was named President and CEO of Adaco Services, Inc. in 2005, replacing Thomas G. Metzen, who co-founded the company in 1985.

Prior to leading Adaco, Mark served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Inventory Locator Service (ILS) in Memphis, TN (a division of Aviall Inc., serving the aviation, commercial-marine, and government industries).

Mark brought his management, technical, and marketing experience to his tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Inforonics, of Littleton, MA. There, he helped grow sales from $6 million to $20 million within two years. He was also President and Founder of Dunbarton Business Software, where he successfully negotiated contracts with MCI, Ocean Spray, Nabisco, and other Fortune 1000 companies. He holds an MBA from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business, and a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.


Patrick W. Welch

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Welch is the force behind Adaco's sales and marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations. Patrick brings with him a deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, based on years of experience as a Senior Manager with Resorts International, in Miami, and the Turgeon restaurant chain in New York. These valuable experiences have contributed toward Patrick's exceptional skills in Accounting and Operations.


Jack Jennings

CFO

Jack Jennings has worked with rapidly-growing and early-stage businesses, as well as with larger more established firms for over 35 years. Jack particular expertise involves implementing project-management systems, but has expertise in a variety of industries: high technology, manufacturing, service, distribution, engineering, software development, retail, and international operations.

He has worked with small-to-medium businesses in the fields of financial management, budgeting, project and cost accounting, computer selection and implementation, business and financial planning, profit improvement projects, and financing. Jack is certified as an Advanced Project Controller, is a Certified Management Accountant, holds a certificate in financial management, and is a registered engineer.


Thomas G. Metzen

Founder & Advisor

Tom Metzen is a seasoned hospitality-industry professional with over 26 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control. Before coming to Adaco, Tom's experiences with R.J. Reynolds/Services Systems, Sonesta Hotels, and Marriott prepared him well for the challenges to come.

Tom has spent many years interacting with clients and is keenly sensitive to their needs and ways of doing business. His goal has always been to continuously refine and streamline those processes that enhance the company's core-value proposition.

Prior to founding Adaco, Tom was the Executive General Manager of Marriott's multi-billion dollar Management-Services division, located in Buffalo, New York. Tom supervised and guided 200+ people in areas including: General Accounting, Operations Accounting, MIS and Systems, Accounts Payable, Key Entry and Data Control, Distribution Services, Micrographics, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Unit Accounting including operational-reporting systems and controls.
