Adaco Services, LLC announces Professional Services Group
WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--Adaco Services, LLC, the leading developer of hospitality procurement software, announces the formation of the Adaco Professional Services Group. The Adaco Professional Services Group team will allow hotel clients around the world to adapt Adaco's Eclipse flagship software into their individual corporate environment.
Bruce W. Hall will head up the group. As Adaco's new Manager
of Professional Services, he has broad experience in program
management, business analysis and process engineering in the
MIS/IT, Data, Internet, and telecommunications disciplines.
Hall has worked for AT&T Labs and Lucent Technologies.
"Our customers are trying to streamline their business," said
Adaco President Mark Pinsley. "Often they want to connect
a number of different systems together. In many cases, we
sit in between many of these systems, and we are asked to
develop a variety of interfaces to other systems. Our customers
want to adapt our software to their individual business environment.

The Adaco Professional Services Group will develop accounts
payable systems, other kinds of interfaces, and custom applications.
Pinsley explained that customers want Adaco to coordinate
their data between applications. For example, if a POS system
is capturing information on sales, rather than having to input
it again into the system, the Professional Services Group
can automate the process.
